The people there are amazing. My daughters love them and they treat my daughters like friends. Sunday they were closed and it was my daughter's birthday she wanted Gigi's. We didnt know they were closed until we walked up to the door. I told the girls they were closed and asked if we could go somewhere else. They didnt want to go anywhere else. About that time a man came to the door told the girls to hold on real quick. He brought them out 4 big beautiful birthday cupcakes. We love them so much I just wanted to tell that man if he is reading this thank u so much u truly are a blessing.
I have been using Gigi’s for my special occasions for years. The cakes are pieces of art and so tasty! Able to take into account dietary restrictions as well! The whole Gigis team is super nice and personable and really work with you to make your ideas a reality!
Gigi’s is always a clean and inviting environment! My first experience is one I will never forget, and why they will continue to have my business forever!! Halie was godsent she helped me plan out desserts for a last minute party for my daughter, and it turned out more amazing than I could have ever expected!! Everything was so delicious we got so many compliments at our event! Thanks to the Team at GiGis everything was perfect, and a day we’ll never forget!! We HIGHLY recommend GiGis for any occasion/event!!
I got the 4 mini box, I’ve only tried the white midnight so far 15/10!!! So moist, the frosting was really good. I will definitely be back
As soon as I walked in, I felt so warm it smelled so good. The owner was so nice and patient. My son is autistic and he kept playing with the trashcan opening and closing it but she was so nice and was complementing my son. I had a number of cupcakes and they were so freaking good when I read the reviews on here. I was so shocked because people were saying they were so sweet I don’t know who they went to before, but this shop is so good, the cupcakes are so Freaking good I’m genuinely confused as to why there’s less than five stars All I can say is my experience was great, and the cupcakes were even greater
I fell in love with this cupcake shop when I first visited the Nashville location years ago. I was so happy to learn they have a location in Lexington. I went this morning and they had such a lovely display of so many wonderful flavors. It was hard to choose! The banana crème pie one was excellent, and I’m excited to try the others. The icing-to-cake ratio is perfect. I love that they offer mini cupcakes in a wide variety as well. Also, the shop itself is so cute and the staff are incredibly sweet! I will definitely be visiting again.
Super cute and cozy shop with friendly staff, and they likely have samples readily available. Must stop in and try one or a bunch because they've got flavor options for days! Great service and great tasting treats!!!
Their brownies are so delicious!! The cupcakes are a beautiful and the customer service girls were wonderful. The turtle cheesecake is my favorite thing here- Outstanding !!
Our class instructor John brought this special collection of cupcakes for us today. I had the Midnight Magic cupcake and it was totally awesome!!! Creamy topping with moist base. We normally purchase our cakes from a local bakery where we live in Northeastern Kentucky (2.5 hrs away), but the bakery was closed for construction, so getting my normal birthday cake wasn't an option. Fortunately, my husband found Gigi's Cupcakes while he was in town for work and they were able to squeeze an order in. It was a white cake with layers of strawberry filling and crumble, and it was absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect cake for my 41st birthday and I'm so incredibly grateful for their kindness.
